A baseline assessment is for organizations that
need an evaluation of their present project management capabilities and requirements.
The assessment begins with a survey. The survey results are then compared to Technical Pathways' national database of
responses which establishes the organization's baseline. Comparing the organization's results to the baseline data, the consultant and client determine the most effective recommendations for improving project
management. The "PM Recommendations Report" summarizes strengths and weaknesses, and identifies implementation plans for proposed changes.
